On Point Communications, LLC was started to support professional learning that is customized for each client. The company’s team of professionals leverages their expertise to support your business initiatives and professional development. Dedicated attention is given to develop practical measures to improve communication, enhance leadership skills, build confidence in public speaking and presentations, align and build a team approach within your organization, and determine an appropriate communication strategy. A customized approach is then developed with follow-through to support your efforts and business initiative.

After an initial consult a detailed and practical plan or strategy is developed to meet your individual or business goals. The founder of On Point Communications, LLC, Lisa Bullard, shares over a decade of experience in marketing and communication. She offers extensive experience in training in public speaking and presentation skills, communications strategy, and team building and tactical planning for process development and implementation. Lisa trained with the Dale Carnegie Institute where she stayed on as an associate trainer for corporate groups. Her marketing experience began at Sterling Winthrop, a leading pharmaceutical corporation, and later led to work at Grey Global, a global leader in advertising. Lisa continued her work in marketing and communication, sales force training, key opinion leader engagement and speaker training, and promotional strategy and tactical planning for leading pharmaceutical corporations. She is a Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) and is recognized for her many years of experience in medical education and publication planning.

 

Lisa studied marketing and communication at S.U.N.Y. FIT, and earned both a bachelors and an MBA in marketing and organizational leadership at the University of Phoenix. Her commitment to the community is recognized through her work as the founder of Mother-Daughter Network (MDN), a learning program for girls age 4 to 24 and the women who care for them. As the director of the community organization she provides training in public speaking and presentation skills. She believes if you encourage a girl, you may empower a nation.

 

Lisa is the Vice President of Programming and a founding member of the newly launched Hudson County Chapter of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO). She currently supports NJAWBO as the state Vice President of Event Planning. Lisa has also conducted several training workshops and webinars in public speaking and presentation skills for the state organization. She is also a long standing member and past Vice President (twice) with Toastmasters International – Milesquare Hoboken Chapter. Lisa competed state-wide as a speaker and presenter at Toastmasters competitions. She is a participant in the professional speaking network to support learning and personal growth and development of women and business professionals. Lisa has been called on to speak at local town hall meetings. She is currently available to speak at fundraisers, community and faith-based events, and functions for businesses and professional associations.
